Conference MMDT 2024
Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Department of Culture and Media Didactics ILS UAM is organizing the ninth international scientific conference MMDT: MultiMeDialecTransaltion on May 17-18, 2024. This is a cyclical conference whose main topic is the relationship between linguistics, media, communication and translation studies. MMDT conferences have been organized since 2002, and their previous editions were held, among others, in Finland, Italy and Lithuania.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
We cordially invite you to the fifth edition of the Situating Strategy in Use (SSU) conference. This year’s conference is organized by the Faculty of Modern Languages at the University of Warsaw on September 4-6. The speakers will be: Professor Tanja Angelovska (University of Salzburg), Professor Mirosław Pawlak (Adam Mickiewicz University in Kalisz) and Dr. Nathan Thomas (University College London, Great Britain).
The main topics of the conference are multilingualism and diversity in the context of language learning and use strategies.
Abstracts are due by March 15, 2024. The conference languages are English, French, Spanish, German and Italian.
